Application Requirement:
The eligibility requirements for State Bank of Pakistan Jobs 2023 | Apply Online via NTS are below.
- Master’s degree / 16 years of education in Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Data Sciences, Information Security, Cybersecurity, and similar IT disciplines relevant to SBP responsibilities from HEC-recognized universities.
- A minimum of 60% in the percentage system, or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 in the CGPA system.
- As of 15 October 2023, the age shall be between 18 and 26 years old, with a three-year age relaxation for females, transgenders, minorities, northern territories, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan.
- No prior experience is necessary, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- SBP Jobs 2023 also offers fantastic and equitable opportunities to Pakistani women. Females already outnumber males in the State Bank of Pakistan. Pre-Induction Training:
- Following the fulfillment of all requirements, including medical, psychological, and evidence of finished educational credentials, the chosen applicants must undergo Theoretical Training as Trainees at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad.
- Trainees who complete and pass the course will be given a position as Assistant Director (OG-2) at SBP. The trainees would be paid a monthly stipend equivalent to half their pay (Rs. 60,000) during the training term.
Salary Package:
After successfully completing the training period, the trainees will be granted a position as Assistant Directors OG-2 with a monthly salary starting at Rs. 120,000 and additional benefits under the OG-II Salary Scale as per Bank Rules.
