- Motivation: In autonomous driving, safety is the top concern. Existing detection algorithms focused on the semantics of the environment, such as finding and identifying people. Predicting walkers’ plans, such as whether they are going to cross the street or take another path or if they will see approaching vehicles and intend to produce, is less often utilized.
- Purpose: The purpose of this project is to create a systematic approach for predicting pedestrians’ attitudes in typical driving circumstances. To predict the intentions of the scene’s people walking, we knowingly adopt the viewpoint of a self-driving car. We pay special attention to those intentions that are required for safety.

We want to learn more about how to fight against false information during a public health emergency like the COVID-19 epidemic in a year-long effort financed by ZonMw. Three sections form the basis of this project. We seek to find out how journalists and brokers for so-called vulnerable groups treated and communicated about misinformation, as well as if they might use a different strategy given the knowledge they have today. Additionally, using a content analysis of traditional and social media, we hope to learn more about the methods that journalists and brokers used during the COVID-19 crisis to warn the public and vulnerable groups about false information, accordingly.
