We are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to work on cancer genomics and long-read sequencing data analysis. We are searching for someone who is innately motivated, talented, and hypothesis-driven, and who has experience analyzing high-throughput sequencing data sets. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in gaining in-depth knowledge and competence in genomic medicine and long-read sequencing data analysis. You will be expected to direct the creation of scalable and innovative computational methods for sequencing data analysis.
Your project will specifically involve the development of computational methods for analyzing a unique collection of hundreds of long-read whole-genome sequencing data sets from human tumors spanning numerous cancer types, including adult and pediatric tumors. You must be committed to leading your project while also working as part of a team and engaging with our national and international collaborators.

(03) Postdoctoral Fellowship for the development of High Throughput Tomography (HiTT):
Postdoc Fellowship title: Development of High Throughput Tomography (HiTT) pipeline
The development of the High Throughput Tomography (HiTT) pipeline is the main emphasis of this role. This comprises the creation of sample handling procedures, sophisticated instrumentation, and data-gathering techniques for imaging biological samples. The goal is to provide a simplified hard X-ray imaging approach pipeline that will take a user from an unprepared sample to a 3D reconstruction of the X-ray data collected on that sample. The establishment of standard sample mounts and/or the capacity to quickly transport samples between different facilities will be critical to the collaboration, as well as guaranteeing compatibility between modalities. The collaboration attitude across imaging facilities and imaging modalities is critical to the project’s success.

Autologous T-cell redirection using bispecific antibodies (BsAb) is an essential therapeutic strategy in the treatment of B-cell lymphomas. Therapy results vary greatly amongst patients. A greater understanding of resistance mechanisms, biomarkers for response prediction, and combinatorial targets for response improvement is urgently needed in medicine. Tumor intrinsic variables, such as genetic and epigenetic modifications, as well as extrinsic ones, such as the composition and functional status of the lymph node microenvironment, are of interest.
