• Minimum of a Master’s degree (16 years of study) from a HEC-recognized university, plus five years of experience in the field of teaching, invigilation, and test coordination.
• Responsibilities include identification of the venue/center, preparations, personnel deputation, and security measures.

Chief Supervisors:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (16 years of study) from a HEC-recognized university, plus five years of experience in the field of teaching, invigilation, and test coordination.
• Overall responsibility for test execution at the specified Center/Venue.

Supervisors:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (16 years of study) from a HEC-recognized university, plus two years of experience in the field of teaching, invigilation, and test coordination.
• Responsibilities include coordinating with invigilators and the Chief Supervisor in all elements of exams/tests.

Invigilators:

• Minimum Masters (16 years of study) from HEC-recognised universities with six months experience in the area of Teaching, Invigilation, and Coordinating Tests / Invigilation.
• Responsibilities include test administration, exam hall discipline, monitoring activities, and other invigilation-related duties.

Mobile Searching Staff / Gate Security:

• Minimum matriculation (10 years of schooling) with at least 6 months of related experience.
