- Children of the deceased, martyrs, and veterans with disabilities are eligible for the bursary.
- Special or disabled children of former employees are eligible.
- Children of all regular veterans are eligible for the Military Foundation Scholarship.
- Special and disabled children are given stipends to be promoted to the top grade, regardless of the marks obtained.
- However, Students are eligible to apply for scholarships in these categories on the day after their parents’ SOS.
- A maximum of three working-class children (excluding disabled or special children) will be provided for one session. There is no limit to the number of children of martyrs, the disabled and the deceased who were in the ministry.
