- A good academic record is required.
- Age must be less than 35 years of the Masters’s program and less than 40 years of the Ph.D. program.
- Experience in researching Master’s and Ph.D. programs is required.
- Chinese or English courses should be required.
- No criminal record will be available.

- BS and MS transcripts are required for a Master’s and Ph.D. Degrees respectively and must be in a certified form.
- A copy of the International Student Passport is required.
