Application Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Be Singaporeans or other nationals; non-Singaporeans must have obtained Singapore citizenship prior to the start of the fellowship;
- Have excellent publication records; and
- Have applied or are applying for a relevant post-doctoral position at a top overseas university/laboratory.
- Applicants in the final phases of their PhD are eligible to apply for the AIF. However, the AIF is not validated until they receive their PhD. program.
- Scholars will return to Singapore after completing their post-doctoral research training and will contribute to A*STAR’s Research Institute for three (3) years.
